Quick update!!

Project Impact exceeded our expectations by thousands of dollars! We raised 40k last night! How can we thank the Lord enough for his abundant provisions for the helpless. 100% of the monies will go directly to buying formula, diapers, food and everyday provisions for the children awaiting their forever families in the AWA transition house and Kids Care Orphanage! We hope this helps stabilize this program and give encouragement to all those who work on behalf of these children in Ethiopia.
The AWA families that attended the event came from five different states and joined hearts with a unified bond that comes from adoption. We love them all and thank all those who prayed so hard for this event. God heard and was faithful!

We are in the Russia program with AWAA but closely follow the families who are in process in the Ethiopia program. We are excited by the results of the fundraiser/benefit. Praise the Lord!

I am blown away by what God has done!! And yet, why should I be?

I think of Ephesians 3:20-21 "Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations for ever and ever! Amen" - Blessings! - Sherry Semlow :)
