The Leap

You must understand that at 39 my husband and I had no desire for any more children. We already had four kids and after our last daughter was born eight years earlier my husband, like most of our Christian friends, had a vasectomy. But when God truly speaks you must listen and when you come to realize that you have sinned it must be made right or you are not a follower of Jesus Christ. He demands total obedience, not just when it feels good or works for you. So within four months of our initial conviction and after much soul searching and repentance my husband quietly but obediently had his very painful reversal.
