Finally an Update!!

Eek! I haven't blogged forever. Just to let you all know we are still here and are doing great. Adjustments are continuing, and we are finding our new norm. In the midst of all the adjustments God is continually showing me his hand and I am finding joy as we grow as a family. Here are a few updated pics...
Top to Bottom:
1. My husband assures me he still is my best friend with beautiful roses.
2.The three girls learn to love the USA as we sing patriotic songs for school and learn the pledge of allegiance. Abigail is the Statue of Liberty!
3.We go on a little get-away to Seattle while Daddy is on business there. We are on top of the world at the Space Needle.
Meseret is exploring.
4. Isabelle and Abigail are exhilarated by the height.
5. Baby and Mommy enjoying the view.

6. Denis takes a look at Seattle from up above.
7. Etsegenet experiences a carousel.
8. Abigail, Anna, and Sege go round and round.

9. International friends are the best part of our home school group. They come from the USA, India, China and Ethiopia. What a blessing!
10. Miss Abigail just turned six. Hurray!

Oh! You're alive...and so is the family! I've been thinking you had pulled the ol' soup poisoning trick again! LOL Well, I'm glad you're on line again since no one else really leaves comments on our blog...would you please not take so long next time...the comment page was feeling neglected! What? Are you busy or something?
Can you believe we were in ET 4 months ago??!! Crazy!
And I miss you like crazy, my "non-desease TB"! :)

It looks like the kids enjoy their homeschool experience. Fun and interactive activities do make learning easier. What a huge plus to have an international homeschool community.
It looked like a really fun getaway time in Seattle. It is always so fun to see pictures of your beautiful family. I love the photo of beautiful Etsegenet on the carosel and Mesaret with mommy.
Enjoy each day with them.
Love and hugs and prayers,
Debi

I read this yesterday and wrote a comment. As often happens with me on your site, I get an error message and I just don't want to try to recreate what I just wrote!

I will try again today.

I am happy to represent one of the countries in the homeschool group. Yeah India! :-)

I love your pictures. How fun that you got to get away. It looks like a fun trip. Glad to hear things are going well. I hope we get to see you in March at Thelma's. I have my second carpal tunnel surgery this Wednesday and I have to see if I can drive by then.

Take care!
